Yes, I have been on quite a few holidays this year (and I’m off to Riga in a few weeks!). I basically panic bought holidays to get through the 6 week school holidays with my sanity (kind of) in tact! 😅
Anyway, that’s not what this post is about. I just wanted to share a bit more about me and what I love when I’m not hypnobirthing!
I love the beach, no really, I love the beach! I used to live in Aberystwyth by the sea and it was dreamy! One day I will find my way back to living by the sea, I live about as far inland as you can right now! 🙈
Last week we went on holiday to Northumberland and my god it was glorious! ☀️
The beaches are dog friendly (big tick for our beach loving Wilson), the kids were happy building sandcastles, swimming in the sea, finding mermaid treasure and exploring rock pools and I was in my happy place watching the waves and marvelling at how amazing our beautiful planet is (we even saw dolphins)! 🌎
Whilst on holiday I also had a bit of brain space and I’m busy planning the next wonderful phase of Hello World Hypnobirthing which is very exciting. 🤩
