Your body knows your baby, and here is the really magic bit, your cervix will expand to the size of your baby’s head, whether that is 8cms or 11cms.
Mother nature is a total boss.
So, in a nutshell….
➡️ The numbers are only a guide
➡️ Trust your body, it absolutely knows what it’s doing 💪
➡️ Listen to your body, you can hear it better than anyone
➡️ Believe in yourself. You are designed to birth your baby.
My fave saying (that I think I thought up myself!)….
“You are not trying to push something the size of a melon out of something the size of a pea.
You are trying to push something the size of a melon out of something the size of a melon. “
