Affirmations are a technique we use in hypnobirthing, but they can be useful in everyday life, pregnant or not.
They are basically your daily pep talk, reminding you of the amazing job you are doing growing a human, and reassuring you that yes, you can do this.
You can write your own affirmations, but here are a few from The Calm Birth School that really worked for me when I was pregnant:
My surges cannot be stronger than me, because they are me
I look forward to meeting my baby with calmness and joy
I give myself the time and space I need to relax
I feel calm, I feel confident, I feel safe
