Hello World Hypnobirthing was a small group class where the communication was great both before the classes began, during the classes and after pregnancy. The content was useful and very interesting, and the techniques were really valuable. The session content was incredibly useful for both my husband and I.
In my case I was unable to complete the course in full due to our daughter being born prematurely, but Charlotte was on hand throughout to help and advise. The hypnobirthing material helped me significantly during labour and I can honestly say it made the labour an entirely positive experience. I would highly recommend this course to anyone.
