Together we are bringing you The Calm Birth Blueprint mini series which will explore how the mind and body work together through conception (however that happens), all the trimesters and into postpartum. 🤰
We’ve had our first session which covered IVF and fertility journeys.

This is for anyone who has just found out they are pregnant and are navigating the roller-coaster that is tri 1 hormones! We’ll be exploring how nutrition and hypnobirthing can work together to help with your symptoms and any anxiety you may be feeling to help you have a healthy, strong and magnificent first trimester. 💗
📚 This session is also suitable for anyone working in the birth world – other hypnobirthing professionals , pregnancy yoga, doulas, private midwives and nutritional therapists.
