You don’t need me

You can birth your baby.
However, the media, other people and society have made you doubt that. So you do need me.
I feel a whole range of emotions when I hear how much doubt people have when it comes to giving birth.
Mainly because I know that doubt has come from people not being kind, telling their own birth stories, usually with a few embellishments!
The only thing that makes me feel better is knowing that I can make a difference. With hypnobirthing, everybody can believe in themselves again.
Your body is very capable of birthing your baby, it’s part of the magic of nature.
Sometimes you just need a little me to remind you.
